{ About }

After 10 years in the Fortune 500 management world, Demi Knight Clark had an epiphany – she wanted to help others with energy, enthusiasm and an unbeatable zest for achieving the impossible.  She started on a personal journey that included starting a small business right smack in the middle of a recession, against all the odds – and becoming profitable in her first year; running her first marathon; becoming a yoga instructor; and finding her inner fire and “zen.”  Over the last five years, she has helped clients “reach their amazing” through business and professional goal-setting and action.  Currently, she’s an Integrative Med student at Duke University’s Center for Integrative Medicine.

An accomplished distance runner (with three marathons, countless half marathons and too many 5ks and 10ks to count) and RYT 200hours yogi, she’s also a triathlete; passionate vegan, women’s rights and health/environmental activist; nutrition junkie; voracious reader; adventure and adrenaline seeker; children’s book author; and proud mom of two amazing young daughters whom she hopes will join the fight to save the world for future generations someday.
